It is strongly recommended that prior to taking either the ACLS or BLS that the student read the provider manual for the course that they are taking.
I understand that a skills evaluation is required for both ACLS and BLS programs and that any skills evaluation must be performed by a current AHA Instructor in the respective field.
I understand that the skills evaluation session and any fees incurred from this session are my responsibility.
For ACLS Course participants:
I understand that the skills evaluation session, must be completed within 120 days of completion of course.
For BLS Course participants:
I understand that the skills evaluation session, must be completed within 120 days of completion of course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand and accept that any cancellation of a course must occur prior to activating the course. All fees are forfeited once I have activated the ACLS or BLS course key. No exceptions, once your key has been activated there will be no refunds.
