If the final ACLS exam has not yet been taken, the purchaser of the course will receive a complete refund of the cost of the course.

After the ACLS exam has been attempted or after the certification card has been sent out, the purchaser will not be able to obtain a refund. It is the obligation of the individual buyer to determine his or her organization's requirements for ACLS certification before taking our course.
