ACLScertification.com offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with the purchase of our course and if the purchaser of our course is unsatisfied with our course, they may receive a full refund within 60 days of their purchase. 

Refund requests must be documented in writing and sent to admin@aclscertification.com and not requested over the phone. The name and telephone number of the administrator of the organization where our course was not accepted must also be provided.

Any chargeback attempts that result in a charge reversal without attempting to work out a resolution with our customer support staff will be reported to a third-party collection agency. The charges plus additional costs will be reported to the agency. This may impact your credit rating for a minimum of the next seven (7) years. Payment in full will be the only method of settling the account at this point; not the return of our merchandise.

After the final exam has been attempted or after the certification card has been sent out, the purchaser will not be able to obtain a refund for the ACLS, PALS or BLS course. It is the obligation of the individual buyer to determine his or her organization's requirements for ACLS, PALS or BLS certification before taking our course.

Our ACLS, BLS and PALS certification is not approved by the American Heart Association due to the fact that the AHA does not approve any online course. It is up to the purchaser of the course to review his or her organizational requirements to clarify whether or not they will accept our card.

ACLScertification.com also accepts no responsibility for any circumstances in which a graduate of our course provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention. Our courses are not intended to be an all-inclusive for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Basic Life Support training and procedural instruction.

We suggest that applicants review the latest AHA guidelines and also consider AHA approved classroom programs that teach clinical skills along with the cognitive portion of ACLS PALS or BLS training. We recommend that you also review supplementary knowledge in ACLS PALS or BLS procedure, prehospital training, hospital stabilization and other cognitive skills.

Our cards mention that the trainee has passed a clinical skills examination -- this is only in reference to the algorithms and related details that are covered in our online course. This does not imply that you have been fully trained in ACLS, PALS or BLS clinical skills; it is only an implication that you have covered ACLS, BLS and PALS algorithms in our online training material.
